根據繼電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)型號不同,可以是交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya),也(ye)可以是直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)。直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)是指繼電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)線圈的(de)(de)直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu),可以通過(guo)表測(ce)量(liang)。吸(xi)合(he)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)是指繼電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)能(neng)夠產(chan)生(sheng)吸(xi)合(he)動作的(de)(de)zui小電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)。在正常(chang)使用時,給(gei)定(ding)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)必須略大于(yu)(yu)吸(xi)合(he)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu),這樣繼電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)才能(neng)穩(wen)定(ding)地(di)工(gong)作。而(er)對于(yu)(yu)線圈所加的(de)(de)工(gong)作電(dian)(dian)壓(ya),一般不要超過(guo)額(e)定(ding)工(gong)作電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的(de)(de)1.5倍,否則(ze)會產(chan)生(sheng)較大的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)而(er)把線圈燒(shao)毀。

 

釋放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)是(shi)指繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)產(chan)生(sheng)釋放(fang)動作的zui大電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)。當繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)吸合狀態的電(dian)(dian)(dian) 流(liu)(liu)減小(xiao)到一定程度時,繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)就會恢復到未通電(dian)(dian)(dian)的釋放(fang)狀態。這時的電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)遠遠小(xiao)于(yu)吸合電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)。觸點切換電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓和電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)是(shi)指繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)允許加載的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓和電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)。它決(jue)定了(le)繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)能控制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓和電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)的大小(xiao),使用時不能超過此值,否則很容易損壞(huai)繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)的觸點。測(ce)線圈電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻可用表R×10Ω檔測(ce)量繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)線圈的阻值,從而判斷該線 圈是(shi)否存在著開路現(xian)象。

 

測(ce)(ce)量吸(xi)(xi)(xi)合(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)和(he)(he)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)合(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)找(zhao)來可調(diao)穩壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)和(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)表(biao),給繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)輸入一組電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),且在供 電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)回路中(zhong)串(chuan)入電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)表(biao)進行監(jian)測(ce)(ce)。慢(man)慢(man)調(diao)高電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),聽到繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)合(he)(he)聲時,記下該(gai)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)合(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)和(he)(he)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)合(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)。為(wei)求準確(que),可以試(shi)多幾次而求平均值(zhi)。測(ce)(ce)量釋(shi)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)和(he)(he)釋(shi)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)也(ye)是像上述那樣連接(jie)測(ce)(ce)試(shi),當(dang)繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)發生吸(xi)(xi)(xi)合(he)(he)后,再逐漸降低(di)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)

 

當聽到繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)再次發(fa)生(sheng)釋(shi)放(fang)聲音(yin)時(shi),記(ji)下此時(shi)的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)和(he)電(dian)流(liu),亦可嘗試多(duo)幾次而取(qu)得平均的(de)釋(shi)放(fang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)和(he)釋(shi)放(fang)電(dian)流(liu)。一般情況(kuang)下,繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)的(de)釋(shi)放(fang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)約在吸合電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)10~50%,如果釋(shi)放(fang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)太小(小于1/10的(de)吸合電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)),則不能正常使(shi)用了,這樣會(hui)對電(dian)路的(de)穩定性造成威脅,工作(zuo)不可靠。
